Recipe: Quick chicken casserole

1 packet cream of chicken soup

1 cup pineapple chunks in syrup (if necessary, make up with water)

1-2 tsp soy sauce

Chicken pieces


Mix first three ingredients together in a casserole dish.

Add chicken pieces.

Bake at 180°C for about an hour, or until chicken cooked.
