1 onion
4 garlic cloves
chorizo sausage, cubed
chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
wine
tinned tomatoes
tin of chickpeas
peppers, green beans or other vegetables
Peel and chop onion and garlic. Fry until clear.
Add chicken, chorizo and spices. Fry until cooked.
Transfer to casserole dish.
Add some wine, tinned tomatoes and chickpeas, and vegetables.
Cook at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
