Recipe: Honey Crisps

125g butter

2 tbsp honey

½ cup sugar

4 cups rice bubbles or corn flakes


Boil butter, sugar and honey for five minutes, or until the colour of golden syrup.

Add rice bubbles or corn flakes, and stir until coated.

Spoon lots into paper cases; or press into a slice tin, and cut into pieces when cold.
