Recipe: Mexican Sausages

Sausages – cut into quarters
Tin of Mexican tomatoes
Tin of chilli beans
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until sausages cooked.
Serve with corn chips and coleslaw.
