Recipe: Lemonade Scones

So quick! So easy! So delicious!


2 cups self raising flour

300ml cream

1 can lemonade (about 330ml)


  • Sift flour into mixing bowl

  • Make a well (hole) in the centre

  • Pour in cream & lemonade

  • Mix until combined into a dough

  • Scoop dough out onto floured surface, and squish into a flat square shape

  • Cut into scone-sized squares

  • Place on a greased or lined oven tray

  • Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes
