2 cups self raising flour
300ml cream
1 can lemonade (about 330ml)
Sift flour into mixing bowl
Make a well (hole) in the centre
Pour in cream & lemonade
Mix until combined into a dough
Scoop dough out onto floured surface, and squish into a flat square shape
Cut into scone-sized squares
Place on a greased or lined oven tray
Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes
