This old family recipe makes a great store cupboard / isolation lunch.

Base:
175g flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter
½ cup milk
Mix together into a dough. Roll base out thinly and place on a 9" (23cm) pie plate (or use a baking tray)
Topping:
Spread base with tomato sauce.
Add chopped onion, 2 rashers chopped bacon, grated cheese, sliced tomato, and pineapple pieces cut up.
Bake at 190°C (fan oven) for about 20-25 minutes.
This recipe from Olive Roper has been a family favourite for decades, and made many an appearance at Willow Ave Chapel pot luck lunches.
