Easy meal for a family dinner, only 5 key ingredients and one pan needed.
Can serve with rice or mashed potatoes and vegetables of your choice (we like fresh peas and some corn!)
INGREDIENTS:
750g Sausage meat (can substitute for plain sausages)
250g Mushrooms
2-3 tsp Worchester Sauce
455g can of Sliced Peaches
Flour
METHOD:
Form the sausage meat in to patties, and coat in the flour.
Place in a frying pan with a little fat, and brown on both sides.
Add the mushrooms, and brown lightly.
Add the Worchester sauce, the peaches and the juice from the can.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or bake in a covered casserole dish at 180°C for 30 - 45 minutes.
Add salt if necessary, and sprinkle with parsley just before serving
Serves 4-6.
