It's important to keep physically active while in lockdown. Even simple actions performed throughout the day can help you keep up and moving.


Today's challenge: See how long you can stay standing on one leg without losing your balance.


Run a competition in your household. Who can stay up the longest? Is standing on your left leg easier or harder than your right? Time yourself, and see if regular practice over the next few days improves your balance and stamina.
